From the drum work shop, the building process to laminate the drum. You can choose from many sizes, and amount of laminates.

First laminate layer to be ad.

Here is my drum with 7 layers + the last finish layer. The top and bottom bearing edges was than tapered 45° to get a good sound of the drum.
polishing to get the nice finish, edges are tapered.

Drilling holes for the lugs.

Quality is important, and Mr Soyden takes it very seriously.

The drum was labeled with production number and signed by Mr Soyden.

My choice of lugs and strainer. My choice was to go with 10 lugs,on a 7 laminate 14"x5" snare.

The drum ready for transport to Norway. a solid wooden box was made to make sure no damage to the drum during transport.
